What is it

BBC2DVI allows your Acorn BBC or Electron to connect to modern displays. By using fully dedicated techniques it produces perfect video output. As if your machine has a built-in DVI or HDMI output.

• Compatible with any Acorn BBC (model B, B+, Master) and Electron.
• Extremely low output latency (up to 2 input lines, or 128 microseconds).
• Has its own 24-bit palette, allowing the regular colours to be changed.
• Allows several 'retro' display patterning effects (e.g. CRT-like).
• Optional on screen display (OSD) showing various input/output details.

Compatibility

BBC2DVI is compatible with all Acorn BBCs and Electrons. Note that the display (monitor or TV) should have a DVI or HDMI input and support '576i' and '576p' video timing, at 50 Hz frame rate. However, a '10M40' or '10M50' BBC2DVI eliminates the need for '576i' (because it contains its own de-interlacer).
